During pigging operation, the PIG will be launched/received by the PIG Launcher/Receiver. The PIG Launcher/Receiver is designed mechanically with ASME SEC VIII Div 1 latest edition, U Stamp, and provided with Quick Opening Enclosure (QOC). The QOC shall come with mechanical safety interlock to prevent opening it when the PIG Launcher/Receiver is pressurized. PIG signaller with limit switch is provided for remote monitoring of PIG arrival to PIG Receiver. Bi-Directional PIG Trap which can launch and receive PIG can be supplied.
Design and Features:
The inlet ESD valve is designed to provide the automatic isolation of downstream facilities in the pipeline system, in the event of emergency. Ball valve with failed close, spring return pneumatic actuator is considered in design for remote operation and automatic shutdown. Other type of actuator can be available such as electric motorized, gas over oil, etc. PLC based Emergency Shutdown System Panel with Redundant CPU (SIL-3 rated), fault tolerant and fail-safe system is provided to perform the shutdown logic can be provided.

The gas/LNG metering streams can be configured in the multiple operating and stand-by configuration. The ultrasonic/Coriolis/turbine/orifice flow meters are used in each stream for accurate flow measurement. Meter calibration at certified flow laboratory can be included under RMA’s Germany facility. Gas chromatograph/Analyzer system can be supplied for representative sampling and measurement of gas/LNG composition.

Multiple configuration (1x 100%, 2 x 100%, 2 x 50%, 3 x 50% etc.) can be offered for the Pressure Regulating System. Each stream is equipped with a pressure control valve/active pressure regulator/monitor pressure regulator and slam shut valve. A pressure transmitter which feedback downstream pressure reading to pressure controller logic can be supplied.

The HIPPS is provided for protection of downstream facilities from over pressure. If the pressure reading from 2oo3 pressure transmitters at HIPPS skid is above the set point, the HIPPS will activate the closure of two HIPPS valves in order to cut the gas supply to the downstream. The SIL-3 rated process safety system shall be provided for HIPPS.

The Gas Filter/Separator Skid is designed to remove solid and liquid particle from the gas stream. Various operation and stand-by configuration can be designed. Vertical or horizontal pressure vessel with filtration cartridges/cyclone/vane/baffle plate can be installed depending on the filtration needs. Quick Opening Closure (QOC) is considered for one man and swift opening/closure of door access to the pressure vessel.
Design and Features:
Gas Mixing System shall be provided to enable mixing of various source of gas before it reaches the common supply header to gas consumer. To accomplish the homogeneous gas blending, a flow control valve at one of the gas mixing line and a pressure control valve on the other gas mixing line; a static gas mixer are provided in gas mixing system. Each gas mixing line of gas source is provided with bypass line complete with actuated isolation valves for remoter changeover between gas mixing operation and single stream operation.

Indirect Heater comes complete with its own forced/natural draft burner and Burner Management System (BMS). The Indirect Heater can be designed with water/oil/glycol mixture in the bath. Pressurized shell can be supplied as option.
